This Privacy Policy explains how Outfit Me (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Outfit Me mobile application (the “App”) and this website.
If you sign in, we process identifiers associated with your account (for example, an email address or a third‑party sign‑in identifier) and session information needed to keep you signed in.
When you use AI virtual try-on, you select and upload a “person photo” and a “garment/outfit image”. These images are used to generate your try-on result.
We store the try-on results you generate and, if you enable it, maintain a history so you can view, download, and manage previous outputs.
We may collect technical logs and diagnostics such as device type, app version, approximate timestamps, crash/error information, and performance signals to keep the App reliable and secure.
If the App uses coins (wallet) or subscriptions, we store transaction records (for example, coins debited/refunded) and entitlement status to deliver the service.
If rewarded ads are available in your region/device, ad networks may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data to deliver ads and rewards. See “Third‑party services” below.
Outfit Me is an AI-assisted product. When you request a try-on generation, the App transmits your selected inputs (person photo and garment/outfit image) to our backend systems and AI providers to produce a result.
Important: AI output can be inaccurate and may not represent real-world fit, sizing, color, or texture. Use results as a visual preview only.
We use third‑party infrastructure to run the App. Depending on your usage, this can include:
We may use third‑party cloud services to authenticate users, store images/outputs, and run server-side functions.
We may send necessary inputs to AI model providers to generate your try-on output.
If ads or analytics are enabled, third parties may collect and process data under their own policies.
If you purchase subscriptions, the app store and/or our subscription provider processes payment and entitlement data.
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Generated outputs and history may be retained until you delete them or your account, subject to operational backups and legal requirements.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us.
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the App.
