You are responsible for the images you upload or select and you represent that you have the rights and permissions to use them for AI processing.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Outfit Me mobile application (the “App”) and this website (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Outfit Me provides AI-assisted virtual try-on features. You upload or select images, request a generation, and receive a generated output.
You must be legally able to use the Services in your country and meet any minimum age requirements. The Services are not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction).
You are responsible for the images you upload or select and you represent that you have the rights and permissions to use them for AI processing.
You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your inputs and generated outputs solely to provide and improve the Services, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.
The Services use AI models and may produce outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or not suitable for your intended purpose.
Outfit Me does not guarantee that outputs reflect real-world fit, size, comfort, material behavior, color accuracy, or product availability. You should verify decisions independently.
Certain actions (such as generating a try-on) may require coins. Coins may be granted (for example, promotions or rewarded ads) or included with a subscription, depending on your plan.
If rewarded ads are available, you may earn coins after watching an ad. Availability and reward amounts can change.
Subscription purchases are handled by your app store and/or our subscription provider. Refunds and cancellations are subject to the app store’s policies unless otherwise required by law.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, abused the Services, or where required for security or legal reasons.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
Email support@outfitme.in with the subject “Account Deletion Request — Outfit Me” and include the email address you use to sign in (and any other identifiers shown in the App). We may ask for additional information to verify you own the account before processing the request.
The Services, including branding, design, and software, are owned by Outfit Me and/or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. Outfit Me will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the App.
